An excellent article by David Latchman in the Independent

There is an excellent article in the Independent by the Master of Birkbeck College, David Latchman, in which he spells out what it means to all of us if these cuts go through and the cost to all of us who might want to revivify our qualifications by taking ELQ's in the future.
